Q: What is the difference between the Rosette Cupcakes and the PLP Signature Cupcakes?

A: The PLP Signature Cupcakes use different piping tips to make for a more elaborate frosting design, whereas Rosettes are a simple, yet classic uniformed frosting design.

 

Q: Do I pay in full for my order?

A: All orders are required to pay at minimum a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm & hold the order date. The balance can be paid day of delivery/pickup. **Please specify on your order form or in the confirmation email exchange that you prefer to pay 50/50 and I will send invoices accordingly.

Q: How does delivery for CU work?

A: I ask for the name/number of the student to text and coordinate a good delivery window for when they will be available. For most dorm deliveries I can leave at the front desk.

 

Q: Can I mix and match cookies & muffins (I.e. a half dozen cookies and a half dozen muffins)?

A: Yes, however there is a $10 fee for mixing matching.

 

Q: Is it possible to get more than one flavor in a dozen cupcakes?

A: Yes, however there is a $10 fee for more than one flavor per dozen.

 

Q: I have an allergy or am ordering for someone with an allergy, how can I be sure there’s no cross contamination?

A: As a CO Cottage Home Kitchen, I cannot guarantee zero cross contamination of allergens. I always state that it is at the customers discretion depending on the severity of the allergy to proceed with ordering, even though I take precautionary measures with sanitization and ingredients very seriously.

 

Q: How many people do the different size cakes feed?

A: This is subjective, depending on how the cake is sliced and the portion size. With generous size portions considered, here is a loose reference for each cake size.
